Submit Your Posters

We try to pull only the most awesome new poster designs from a variety of sources, but we also take direct submissions. If you think you’ve got the chops to hang with the designers featured on Posterocket, you can submit your samples to submissions[at]posterocket[dot]com. Submitting your work doesn’t guarantee it will be featured, but the less time we have to spend searching for killer designs, the better; which means direct submissions will be treated with a little more kindness. Get my drift?

Submission Guidelines

We love all poster designers uniquely and equally, and we want to spread the link love as far as we can, but there are some things you need to consider before sending your stuff. Please keep all these things in mind before submitting your work.

  • Each poster submission should include:
    • Image file name
    • Actual poster size
    • Your name or your studio name
    • Your contact email
    • A link to your work (can be a GP or similar page)
    • Names of all the bands on the poster(s)
  • You may send hi-res photos, but please avoid the 10mb or larger files. We don’t want our email inbox clogged.
  • Minimum file size is 640×480 pixels. Anything smaller will be discarded.
  • Images must be clearly labeled.
  • If sending more than one image, please make the image labeling consistent across all images (i.e design01, design02, etc.) and those labels must be included with each posters appropriate information.
  • All submissions will be reviewed and we will try very hard to get back to everyone to let them know even if it is an auto-generated message saying your email was received.
  • Please do not send follow-up emails asking if we got your message unless its been more than a week without a response.
  • Please do not get upset if your submissions are not accepted. We’re sure that your work is exceptional. It’s just not what we want to feature here on Posterocket.
  • Please do not send any posters that are NOT music related. Stage theater posters, political propaganda posters or other miscellaneous event posters are not what we are about. Don’t bother sending because they will be discarded immediately.
  • The only exception to the rule above is if your event has a list of cool bands playing. We will consider the submission, but will be scrutinizing it very carefully.
  • We reserve the right to link to who or what sites we want, some of which may be affiliate programs like Amazon. If you have any problem having affiliate links associated with your work, please don’t submit.
  • Send any posters and info to submissions[at]posterocket[dot]com.
